Seamless CRM integration
We integrated IWannaTicket with customer relationship management system eTapestry to coordinate data sets, providing valuable customer insights and saving countless hours in manual data processing.
Important customer data from ticket sales is now able to be directly utilised by eTapestry, such as admissions, purchaser contact info, ticket types, quantities, pricing, discount codes, and ticket fees — even refunds. This was achieved with the help of eComApps, who created an API app that interfaces between IWannaTicket and eTapestry databases.
This process is now automatic and is available for any client that wants to move data from IWannaTicket to eTapestry.
